Brady Oberg Legacy Foundation Annual Ruck March Happening Today
By Mark Askelson email@example.com (5/22/20)
Ulen, MN -- In honor of Memorial Day and all the fallen Veterans, The Brady Oberg Legacy Foundation is hosting Ruck March today throughout area communities. The Ruck March is a 100-mile journey that will start and end in Fargo and make its way through Ulen, the hometown and final resting place of Brady Oberg. John Delzel is leading one of the three teams participating in the physically demanding Ruck March. Delzel adds that they changed the route of this year’s event in an attempt to put Brady at the center of it all.
The ruck march kicked off at 3am this morning and will end at approximately 11:30pm tonight. The full route, which goes through the communities of Dilwoth, Glydon, Hawley, Hitterdal, and Felton, is available on the Brady Oberg Legacy Foundation website and Facebook page. Delzel encourages people to join in for a mile or two or show support as they come by.
Delzel notes that their main objective of the Ruck March and all the Brady Oberg Legacy Foundation events is to continue to raise awareness of PTSD.
