UPDATE: The Benedictine Living Community of Ada raised more than 10,000 from their first ever ATV Fun Run and with that success were able to raise the remaining funds needed to purchase a new generator for their Mission Court Assisted Living Facilty. Ada, MN -- The Benedictine Living Community of Ada Foundation will be hosting their first ever ATV Fun Run this Sunday, August 2nd. The run will begin and end at the Norman County Fairgrounds, starting at 3pm, and will make several stops in and around on the community. There’s around 65 people registered to participate in the ATV Fun Run and nearly 30 sponsors. With those kinds of numbers, Cassie Visser, Foundation Director, believes the event is already a huge success and may be an annual occurrence.
For those who won’t be participating, Visser says they still have the opportunity to support the Benedictine Living Community Foundation by purchasing tickets for a raffle that they will be drawing for on Sunday as well.
Proceeds from this Sunday’s Benedictine Living Community – Ada Foundation ATV Fun Run goes towards enhancing the lives of the residents and tenants of the facility.
