Ada, MN -- The Norman County Salvation Army is again looking to help families by providing them with the necessary supplies to start the school year on the right track through their Back to School Backpack Program. Each year, they provide dozens of families all across the county with new backpacks and school supplies through this program, according to Aimee Eggen and Cody Kill of the Norman County Salvation Army.

School supplies, let along new school clothes and activity fees, can put a large financial burden on families this time of year. Eggen says its so important for children to not have to worry about starting off the school year with used or worn out supplies.
