Ada, MN -- The Ada-Borup School Board held their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday morning, a week after the start of the new school year. Ada-Borup Superintendent Aaron Cook reported to the board that the district is off to a strong start with steady enrollment.
In the technology committee report, Superintendent Cook says the Ada-Borup School Board agreed to a contract with a new technology service provider.
There was also some discussion amongst the board about whether or not Junior High athletes should be allowed to practice on Wednesdays.
And with the board deciding to move forward with a building referendum, Cook says they have set the dates for public meetings and more vital information will be out to the public soon.
The Ada-Borup School Board also approved the preliminary 2020 levy at the maximum amount. More from this week’s meeting during the Kaleidoscope Program Wednesday at 9am.
