Clearwater County 4-H Youth Busy All Year Long

4-H is more than just a summertime activity, the kids in 4-H are busy all year long and the month of December is no exception. Santa Days are coming up on December 7th in Bagley and Clearbrook and December 14th in Gonvick. Clearwater County 4-H ambassadors will be at each location doing crafts with the kids as part of their community service and leadership activities. Kayla Nyegaard, Clearwater County 4-H Program Coordinator, says the interaction between the younger kids and the older kids is fun to see.
Other activities on the Clearwater County 4-H calendar are a tubing trip for the ambassadors in Detroit Lakes on December 20th and the livestock group is going to the Denver stock show on January 17th and 18th.
