Ada, MN -- The Ada-Borup School Board held their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday morning. At the meeting, Ada-Borup Superintendent Aaron Cook updated the board on the latest details and plans for the upcoming building project. One of the biggest tasks, according to Cook, was coming up with what type of flooring to use for the future multi-purpose gym included in the expansion.
Superintendent Cook also notes they were also finalizing a number of other details such as window placement, office plans, and exterior items.
And in the transportation report, Cook says they are working on getting a new bus added to the fleet as well as potentially purchasing some new bus route software.
The Ada-Borup School Board also approved hiring paraprofessionals Danielle Strotroen and Ashley Willison and approved spring coaches.
Superintendent Cook and School Board member Paul Johnson will join the KRJB Kaleidoscope Program Wednesday at 9am to further discuss this week’s meeting.
